Integrations

Integrations let an agent act during a call — checking availability, booking appointments, updating CRM records, creating tickets, and looking up orders. Connect an account once, then choose which agents may use it and what each may do.

Connect an account

Accounts are connected once for the whole workspace. Depending on the service, you sign in with OAuth or paste an API key.

  1. 1Open Integrations from the app navigation.
  2. 2Select Add integration.
  3. 3Choose the service and follow its connection steps.
  4. 4Confirm the account shows as connected.
Note: Credentials are stored encrypted on Heavano’s servers and are never sent to your browser.

Attach it to an agent

A connected account does nothing until you attach it to an agent and allow specific actions.

  1. 1Open the agent, then select its Integrations tab.
  2. 2Select Attach an integration and choose a connected account.
  3. 3Configure it for this agent — for example, which calendar or appointment type it books into.
  4. 4Under Allow this agent to, tick only the actions this agent needs.
  5. 5Test the agent in Preview before routing real callers to it.
Note: An action that is not ticked is never offered to the agent, and every action is re-checked on the server before it runs.

Available services

Each kind of service gives the agent its own set of actions during a call.

  1. 1Scheduling — Google Calendar, Calendly, and Cal.com: check open slots, book, find a caller’s bookings, and cancel.
  2. 2CRM — Salesforce, HubSpot, and Airtable: find a record, create a contact, update details, and log a call note.
  3. 3Help desk — Zendesk and Intercom: look up tickets, open a ticket, add to a ticket, and search help articles.
  4. 4Store — Shopify: find the shopper, check order status and details, and check a product’s price and stock.
