Outbound AI calls to your whole list, at the right local time.
Give Heavano a list and a brief. Your agent calls every number within the hours you choose, in each recipient’s own time zone, retries the ones who didn’t answer and reports every outcome — with your do-not-call list checked before each dial.
What is outbound AI calling?
Outbound AI calling is when a voice agent places calls for you instead of answering them. You provide a list of people and the purpose of the call, and the agent dials each one, holds a natural conversation — a reminder, a follow-up, a renewal check — and records the result.

What it handles
Local-time calling windows
Calls follow each recipient’s own time zone, or one fixed time zone you choose.
Automatic retries
No-answers, failed calls and voicemails are retried up to a limit, after the delay you set.
Do-not-call list
Numbers on your workspace list are skipped — and checked again right before every dial.
Opt-outs honoured
Anyone who asks not to be called again is added to your do-not-call list automatically.
Personalised per recipient
Per-recipient language and notes let every call sound like it was made for that person.
Pauses on low credit
If your balance runs out, the batch pauses itself instead of carrying on.
Frequently asked questions
How much do outbound AI calls cost?
On our default model, outbound calls cost £0.065 per minute in the UK ($0.080 in the US, €0.090 in Europe, ₹6.90 in India), billed per second. You see an estimated cost before launching each batch.
Is outbound AI calling legal?
It can be, if you follow the rules where your recipients are — for example PECR and the Telephone Preference Service in the UK, or the TCPA in the US. You must have consent or another lawful basis to call each person; Heavano asks you to confirm this before every batch launches.
How many people can I call?
A batch can hold as many recipients as you upload. You control how many calls run at once and can cap calls per minute.
What happens when someone doesn’t answer?
You choose whether to retry no-answers, failed calls and voicemails, how many attempts to make and how long to wait between them.
Which number do calls come from?
The phone number assigned to the agent making the calls, so recipients see a consistent caller ID.
