When you sign up, your account is credited with £10 with no card required. Use them to build your agent, connect your phone number, and handle real calls — before you pay anything.

Are there any limits on the Pay As You Go plan?

No. You can run unlimited agents, handle unlimited concurrent calls, and use all features without any monthly cap. You only pay for actual call time used.

What counts as billable usage?

Live call time, billed per second. Hold time, ring time, and call setup are not counted. There is no minimum call duration and no monthly minimum.

What does Enterprise add beyond Pay As You Go?

Enterprise gives you a dedicated solution architect, custom voice and agent configuration, compliance documentation (SOC 2, HIPAA BAA, GDPR DPA), volume pricing, SLA-backed uptime, and a dedicated support channel. It's for teams that need Heavano to be a fully supported, deeply integrated part of their stack.

Can I use my own phone number?

Yes. Heavano works with any Twilio, Vonage, Telnyx, or Plivo number. You can also purchase a number directly through the dashboard and port existing numbers across.
